His limited single, たとえばぼくが死んだら (translated as "For Example, I Died") is currently being sold only at Sawao's Buzzy Roars Tour. If you ever get the chance to go to one of the concerts before the tour ends, please be sure to pick up this single.

Sawao Yamanaka's third solo album, 破壊的イノベーション

Yamanaka has just announced his third solo album (roughly translated as Disruptive Innovation) to be released some time early next year on February 13th. Here's the track list.

New Sawao Yamanaka Website and new solo single

Looks like the pillows are taking a little break. It's been recently announced that Sawao Yamanaka has a website dedicated to his solo career. There's also recent announcement of his first solo single, titled Answer, to be released on January 16th, 2013. The DVD version includes the music videos for Answer and Desert Me. It's 9/16! For those who don't know, September 16th marks the day that the pillows first formed. Today is their 23rd year and they're still going strong! To commemorate this celebration, I've made a tribute art referencing to their latest album, Trial. Hope you enjoy and happy 9/16! :D

Today, the pillows just announced that their Trial Final Tour DVD, titled "Real Trial," will be released on November 14th of this year. I'm really stoked to see this in my personal opinion.
